Do you agree that some companies do not admit their mistakes as part of the SOP?

I am working for almost 3 years now and had seen a lot of mistakes, discrepancies or faulty systems in our company. As a part of the procedure, employees are not allowed to disclose that to anyone who is not a part of the company. Sometimes I put myself on the customers' shoes and realized that it is not their fault but our company's. I pity the customers who needed help but you cannot do something about it and stick to rules of the firm instead. I felt so bad. What can you say about this?

I say that is a very, very, very bad company you are working for. If your company can do that to its customers (its source of revenue), can any one believe that your company is not beyond shortchanging its own employees? Can you really trust your own company with regard to providing you with the appropriate benefits? Anyway, best of luck to you. As to your company:
