after years of bad health friend suggessted i go for an allergy test.
so i went to my docs with a list of my daily symptoms, some of which include.
itching
tingly tongue
asthma
random spots tht like goosebumps, USUALLY on arms and a rash on my back
severe dizziness
blurry vision
flu like symptoms tht are there one day and gone the next.
blocked nose
itchy eyes
weight gain of over 8 pounds in one day.
difficulty losing weight.
food cravings
naseau
migraine
sore throat sometimes really bad.
sore mouth inside.
bad tiredness after eating certain foods, literally would have o sleep watever the time or place
moodiness.
feeling like somethign stuck in throat.
heart racing
bowel problems.
now i had this every day for years, the doc put it down to anxiety attacks which i knew it wasnt and irritable bowel syndrome and gave me fybogel.
i was still gettin the symptoms so paid for a vega allergy testing.
the test showed i was lactose intolerant, allergic to dairy, coke, pineapple.
after avoiding these things in the first week i dropped 10 pounds, didnt need asthma inhalers and had none of the above problems. unless i relapsed and then the symptoms would come back.
then a few weeks after i started feeling ill aagain. through my own food elimination i found out that almonds were the culprit.
the doctor still didnt believe anythign was wrong with me, continued to say tht the allergy test i had was not medically approved by the board.
a few months after avoiding almonds as well i went back to the allergist and had a retest, i mentioned nothing of my new symptoms, i just said i wanted to see if i could tolerant milk again.
the same foods came up, and also almonds, so although the test isnt medically approved or whatever i know it worked for me.
having probs with at the moment, i keep eating chocolate or ice cream, sometimes i get the above symptoms withing half hr, and other times, i can seem to eat as much choc as i want for a few days with only one or two mild symptoms but then im hit with flu symptoms, whole body aches, painful and i have a blocked nose and very tired, also itchy. but thhen the next day its gone.
my symptoms seem to be changing all the time.
its very weird.
i get this at least once every week.
any way sorry to go on and on, but if u managed to read to this point then thank u for reading lol.
what are u allergic to? how were u diagnosed?
was ur doctor as uncooperatble as mines, and wats ur symptoms.

I know of an alternative medicine that might be effective to you. I am using it until now. If you are interested I can give you the website for more information.
