why some peopledoes not specified there country??

friend,if you visit some profile over on mylot.you will see that there are several profile where does not specified the country of particular people,if there may be he or she.why people does not specified there country??are they like do so??or they want to keep there information confidential or they does not like there country that why they does not specified?? or people does not specified there country because they does not have time to update the profile and specify the country??justify your answer with experience in any case.

Hi there yadav8797 Maybe some people think that others might be prejudice towards them so they don't put the information about their country. I think it is just personal preference.

I don't understand why. In fact some people even don't show their gender in their profiles. That's quite strange. Perhaps you will mind others to know your very personal information such as age, job etc. However, it's fine to tell others your country and gender. This is very basic. I love China

Hi yadav8797, Well I don't understand why they don't put their country they come from but I and not ashamed of which country I live and I'm from the U.K maybe they just don't want anyone to know for some reson. Tamara

Maybe these people are afraid of stalkers you know, if stalkers find the country they might be closer to where other people live, just a thought.

I suppose the only things that I can think of besides not thinking it matters, is that they are in the country illegally or their country is known as a terrorist supporting country, their country is against America and they are being monitor by its tyrannical ruler's cronies so they are going through a proxy so the government cannot find them.

Some people are just really nervous about putting any information about themselves on the internet for public display. Some that I know personally have been the victim of abuse and are afraid their abuser will find them, others just prefer their privacy.
