I finally have a great digital camera

I got an Olympus camedia camera at goodwill thrift store for 10.00 and it is an awesome camera!! I cannot understand why anyone would have gotten rid of it. It takes such great pictures. I love it and now am going to take pictures again. I have not taken pictures in so long because I have not had a good camera.

Congratulations. Which model did you get?
I thought that Olympus discontiued the Camedia line - maybe that's why you got such a bargain. Anyway, Olympus make great gear, so you should have a great time with it!

That's really awesome! Some people buy a digital camera, and then find they never use it. Or sometimes they upgrade to a newer camera with more megapixels or a DSLR or something. So there's lots of reasons people get rid of perfectly good cameras.

That's cool, I love taking pictures, but I didn't know you could get them at goodwill and for that cheap, congrats :D

There are (or were) a lot of cameras produced by Olympus in the Camedia range. Which one did you get?
I say "were" because I think that Olympus discontinued the Camedia models...maybe that is why you got is at a bargain price. Olympus makes excellent cameras, so someone else's upgrade is certainly your gain!
