i'm not sure if this discussion is allowed but i'm taking my shot beside this is all about myLot.
yesterday i started a discussion regarding my payment here that it amazed me that it was so early and never expected to have it at this date. so as the responses are flowing (as if it had gathered any), someone responded and offered something in other site and violates the rule by posting a referral link. so i am wary at that time that the post will be deleted anytime soon, so i reported it.
i filled out the the details and asked them not to delete the entire discussion and only that response. although i am optimistic that they won't delete my discussion but i am still a bit adamant coz i was on the same boat before. but when i open my discussion today, i am so happy and so glad that admin did not delete my discussion and more to that, the response whom i reported was gone.
so i would encourage everyone to report any violation as much as possible so we could help admin keep this site clean. thank you myLot for my request and let's all support them for the good deeds they have extended to us.

Hi Sirrob, thanks for sharing this as it really allow me to understand further the actions i should perform if it happened to me. Also, glad that your discussion didn't get delete for those reasons. Sometimes i do not quite sure are my post are violating any rules, thus i always encourage people instead of giving negative feedback. Definitely will not do marketing to promote any link for personal interest. Again, thanks for sharing this.

not a problem at all, anytime. i think it i should give back something to myLot even in a little way for what they have done to us. i believe if you just report it first to them before they're the one who catches it then it won't be deleted or perhaps because i plead not to delete it and only the one who violates the TOS. i constantly visiting the rules here so as not to waste my time in making post that would be deleted later on, not to think that it's a deductions from your earnings as well. good luck to you.

Hi Sirrob, that's great and wish everyone can follow the TOC from time to time, then the overall situation definitely improved.

Hi Sorrob, You followed the exact correct procedure that you should have done to get this making making link response deleted rather than your discussion. Well done you. I have experienced this in the past and didn't act in time and had a discussion with over a 100 response deleted because of it, which I feel in very unfair on all the good guys who did legimately respond eh! Ellie :D

that's right ellie, we must act and help and be responsible in whatever way we could. i have known this procedure through a friend here too and i have tried it again last night with a twist, that i included an appeal not to delete the entire discussion.
and i'm so glad that it is still there waiting for everyone's response.

Hello there, Im so glad that you did that. So only those responses who violate the rules were deleted. But if the discussions started the thread violates the rules, i think the whole responses were deleted too as what happened to my previous responses.
Happy posting.
