Setting up channels on Google Adsense - Am I doing it correctly?

I'm a newbie to using adsense, I already verified my site, etc. now I'm just going through setting up my ads, etc. Let me get this straight, let's say someone has a blog about the latest in entertainment/movie news.... their channels would be something like: -Movies -Entertainment -Batman -Indiana Jones -James Bond etc....? Am I wrong?
