Hi bvdev234,
i don't snore, but my husband snores like a fog horn and its so loud sometimes he keeps me awake so I just have to come down stairs sleep on the couch, he won't do anything about it because it don't bother him but I would love to put a tape recordder for him to listen his own snoring so he would know what I have to put up with.

Hi Tamara,
Heavy snoring associates with sleep apnea (respiratory problem). You may check it and have treatment if needed. Your husband may be hesitant to go to hospital. Hope he may understand the seriousness. As eeyore said, this is not at a laughing matter.

I snore at night. But a friend of mine suggested to me several ways to stop snoring or lessen them.
1. Boil milk with some almond and drink it before going to bed.
2. Don't use pillow.
3. Sleep on your side.
I tried number 2 and it worked. But can't stand sleeping without pillows. I am trying to use number 1. I'll tell you if it works.

Yes I do snore a bit at night. My wife has got accustomed to it. You can have an operation to get bad flesh removed from your nose if snoring is excessive.

my hubby swears i snore but dont think i do often.. he snores a lot but he has sleep apnea which can cause you to snore.. they have a ton of sprays or gadgets out there but i dont know what is legit but i would want to rule out sleep apnea.. you dont have to be overweight to have it which a lot of people think they dont based on that.. but it makes your throat collapse after you snore which cuts off your air a few times (or many depending on) during the night..

When I am a little bit tired, I do snore loudly, my aunt usually would wake me up and asked me to change position.
