I was a dreamer but now that I am 47, I don't dream anymore of many things. I content myself reading and writing.
Dreamers are achievers. I was once a dreamer but the only achievement I was happy about is my job as a teacher. I'm happy with the result of my students that I am teaching and that is achievement enough for me.

Yes, I am very much a dreamer. There are a lot of things I would still like to achieve, but most times I feel like they will only remain as dreams. This year however, I finally had the guts to quit my job, a job that really just fell into my lap after I graduated, and that I was not really enjoying. I wasn't sure what exactly it is that I wanted to do, except that I was going to get further studies related to my dream job. I'm really happy and excited right now, because in a few says, I will be starting classes and I am really hoping that this will work out in the long run and I will be able to achieve my dream!

I have never really had big dreams. The ones I had when I was young did come true, but often after a long period of time, because I was never had any real plans.
I am now in my fifties and I have more plans and goals to reach than at any time in my life. Now I set myself short term targets, which are achievable, rather than having long term dreams.
I need to have goals and to make plans. I don’t obsess over it, I want to make thing happen rather than just let things happen.

dreams ...i think that is what makes humans..humans.dreamers are not necessarily achievers.i am 19.i am a day dreamer ..the one thing that i have learned is that if you think too much about something you can not achieve it..so there is nothing wrong in dreaming unless you have started doing it..otherwise it may prove to be a disappointment.but i know, you know, everyone knows that at the end of the day we are all the same we are all humans.so everything is easier said than done.
i don't agree with you....what happens if you are 47,you can still do a lot of things i or anyone else for that matter cant do.keep smiling.
have a nice day. :)
