Are there any genuine work from home sites for Indians

I came across many work from home job opportunities. But most of them are not for Indians or do require money to join.
I never understood why I should pay first to do some job.
So if any one of you knows please let me know. I can work about 4 hours every day.

I do not think you will find any single website offering you good amount money by your individual effort. For sites like myLot, you can earn good revenues by spending 3-4 hours daily with a good referral support.
Otherwise, you can go for freelancing.
