Renaissance Kingdoms and Human-Age are not about developing cities or training units. These games are about developing a character.
For Renaissance Kingdoms you are a peasant that can evolve by getting Reputation points and money. You have to feed your character, get jobs, buy clothes, and so on.
Human age has a similar story, only you begin as a cave man and you pass through stages of human evolution (I am now Level 3. In Level 2 you are a Celt and in L.3 an Egyptian). You evolve by achieving quests, and you also have to hunt, have jobs, feed your character.
Games where you get to build towns, civilizations and train units are Travian and Ikariam.

To add banners on your profile page you must have the HTML sortie for that banner. There is a small text starting by #a href, etc...
1. You go to your profile page.
2. Click "edit profile", just below your avatar picture
3. To the right side of the page, thee must be a box that says "HTML sortie". If you put the mouse pointer above it, on the right it will appear an "edit button"
4. Click that "edit" button and a box opens where you can paste the HTML codes for the banners. Paste all those codes and click "save changes".
5. Scroll up again and click the "view profile" button that is now under the avatar picture.
That should do it.
