i have read a lot of discussions regarding how much you earn in a single day and some would ask about if it's possible to earn more than a dollar in a single day. there are also responses that it is not possible unless you have active referrals in your arsenal. some would say that you need more discussions and more response. others would say that at least you need to write more or post that would reach more than 70 or even 100 the most.
yet i cannot disagree with them if that's really happening but i want to tell ya'all that even without any downline, or without having so many discussions or not many responses on others discussion, it is still possible that you could earn more than $1.
anyone would agree? or i am just simply crazy talking about an impossible?
yesterday i made 2 discussions, the other one got more than 30 responses and the other is a dismal distant down under. i have posted responses less than 40 or just within that number yet i am sure that it's not more than 50 posts.
voila..!! i earned $1.07

wow!that's great!im pretty sure you deserve it.can you give me some ideas and share some creative juices of yours so that i could experience the same?lol..
my largest earning was 0.57 cents.and as i could remember, my post and discussions were not more than 50,so i agree,it is possible to earn a dollar even without posting a hundred of discussions or having a lot of referrals.maybe its just a matter of creativity,and i guess a lot of luck..lol..

first thing that i always put in mind is to read the rules and not violate any coz that's the main point there. what's the use of so many discussions with tons of responses when one day it will be deleted? you know what i'm saying? second, it's all about quality, descriptive response or discussion. so how would you make quality discussions if you're just making a few words and sentences, right? so my trick is, if i could stretch it to the max yet still within the bounce of the topic then i expect something good about it. that is based on what i've done in my first month of being active here. to make it short, i make sure that i write at least 5 lines of response with concentrated juice.

I agree. Because I don't know how algorithm calculates our earnings. The only possible cases are either quantity or quality. In both cases we can reach that target. When it was quantity, we have to make more and more reaponses and discussions. When it comes to quality, we have to be clear with what we are typing. I don't think that a algorithm can calculates the earnings by quality of matter.

it is always possible that it is calculated by means of quality posts. advancement in technology can do that already and i believe that's what being used by myLot in calculating our earnings here.
it is just hard to go with quantity coz you have to post so many for you to achieve it but if you're making quality posts then as i've said no need to make more.

Could you please explain a little with quality calculation. As I know, there is no such advancement in technology that can calculates the quality as human. They may follow some simple guidelines or of course more number of guidelines. But if it was a algorithm, it can't evaluates the quality, and not possible with neural networks too. They may write some program with some guidelines on how a response should be. Some of my friends cross checked these and they made some more quality responses and discussions in technology and engineering. With another account, they gave some long responses. They noticed that long response counts higher than quality response. Of course they were not interested in mylot. To me, I don't care. I will be quality user with my guidelines.
For example, if I had started a discussion in biotechnology or chemical engineering and some one responded with single line but the response is perfect, definately that won't make any hingher incomes more than a cent.

the simplest way that i could ever explain it is by using the tools like spell check, grammar and sentence construction. this are all plain and simple english guidelines. this is the backbone of quality check. right spelling, right grammar and good sentence constructions. add to that the punctuations that we are going to use. and you know what, i am already guilty of something here. i am too lazy to use capital letters at the beginning of my sentence and so capitalization is another factor too. well this is all that i could explain and how i see it the way quality and descriptive is concern and NOT trying to dissect the algorithm of myLot.

it is really a matter of time and if you have those then yes you are right, the possibility is endless. i read somewhere here that he was earning at least $3 a day since he is always at home and was running a home base business(?), i guess (but not quite sure).

Hi Sirrob! I'm sure we're violating some guideline talking about this, but i haven't responded to your discussion for ages so what the hey!! hehe I have definitely earned over a dollar a day, more than once t mylot, admittedly i did spend a lot of time on here but i don't have any referrals or a huge amount of discussions with lots of responses! xxx
likewise, it's still hard for me to start something to discuss and it is just too easy for me to just reply on discussions that suits my preference.@sirrob (4108)

hehe i'm not entirely sure but it think there's something in the rules saying you can't talk about how much you've earned - i might be wrong though!! I haven't started many discussions recently, i can't seem to think of anything interesting to write them about so am waiting until i get some inspiration!! xxx

I have earned about that with 2 good discussions previously, so I agree with you that it is possible. If you are a chatty person this is easier to obtain, LOL!

I am still a newbie here and i just dont understand how the earning system works, i tried to read the instructions but still i don't understand how it works.Must someone rate your question or response to earn that cent? or must you respond to thousand questions? maybe you can tell the secrect

it's actually a complicated system if you have to go on the details and it is not explained in the TOS to protect themselves and it is reasonable. but was being explained is to make a quality and descriptive posts and not more about quantity. avoid making posts that's just a few words in a sentence, for sure you won't get any from that. try to make your own experiment as what i did before. i don't have anyone under me, i work it out by myself (of course with the help of those discussions created by others) in making quality response most of the time with at least 5 lines (the more the better) and i don't have so many discussions made as well.
no one knows the secret actually. it is more on observing what you have been doing in a certain day, experiment on something and make comparison.

now ,i find that it is too hard to make money here
i am always looking for a new way to make money,but i can not ,somebody told me that mylot is the best way to earn money,but i do not think so ,i can not help asking a question ,is there not existing anyway to make money effectively online at all?

Wow! Congrats! I haven't gotten around to posting more than 30 as I know that formulating questions to have responses cater to it can be a bit more tempting but I like reading and taking my time to give opinions. The most I've ever earned is about $0.40. But I'll take your experience and work up a bit hoping to reach more. Considering time, it would take a little bit of cleverness to get clever questions. Even simple as it seems, it also depends on where you post them.

what i meant to say is that, you don't need to have more discussions in order for you to earn that big but yeah it is good when you do have. so based on my experience i don't have so many discussions and most of what i have are coming from responses that i made in someone else's discussions. so you don't have to think of what discussion you gonna start and instead you can also focus on replying and making response but make sure it is of quality nature.

I remember I had earned more than a dollar once here on mylot. Yes it is possible even without active referrals, because I don't have one. I remember posting a lot for eight straight hours, three liner responses and starting discussions are what I did to have that amount. I tried to do it again but the more I try to earn a lot the more I get frustrated because I feel more exhausted and wasted after doing such. 
So for now I just enjoy mylotting at my own pace regardless of how many posts I could make.

exactly.!! setting your pace in making discussion and response is what it's all about and if you're not enjoying what you are doing then that's the down fall and you get burned out. that's what exactly i've done now, as long as i am enjoying around here then no matter how many post i have, does not matter at all.

that is possible my friend, as of now my highest earnings was some cents away from 2 dollars and 50 or 40 cents comes from my referrals. I think the highest I had was 1.74 and can't remember what I did to have that much, maybe If I could remember I have something to share to you but really I have no idea

as i thought so that it would coz i myself have experience this and to think that i seldom make my own discussion and simply or mostly just trying to make a response. how much more if i have started discussions, right? lol but that still remains to be seen.

I don't read lot of discussions... I read some of them..... apart from my working time... when I was free... I take part in the discussions....It is not possible for me to take part in at least 10 discussions....

that's right and if you want to do more and earn more then try to avoid making single lines of response or discussion. instead make quality and descriptive response or discussions and for sure you'll get something good in that matter. welcome to myLot hope you'll have great time here.

I think it is possible, the one who told me to join here have very encouraging words on the earning part and the fun part, she said she have reached up to 2 dollars and around 40 cents was by her referrals, and sometimes she also earned 1.70. last month she almost made it a dollar a day, and now she is aiming to earn 3 dollars.

that's right, if you really have time to spend then it is really possible to earn those. i was able to earn it my self without those many hours to spend here and it is all a matter of making quality posts as much as possible and avoid violation so as not to be penalized.
