I don't really like my hair, coz it is too thin, too dry, having lots of drandruff and always look unhealthy. I have tried different types of shampoo but it doesn't get improved. I do spend time once a week to do hair mask, put some tonic and massage the scalp after washing hair, even put on the hair moisturizer, but the result is still poor...

hi myhllim!
i like my hair now. Before, i use to hate it. so hard to manage, its thick, unlike yours and a little wavy also. Now i like it so much, its straight and long. once a year, i treat it. Rebond. and then i just maintain it with shampoo and conditioner. thats it. i dont tie it.
take care. stay active

it is still thick. some will even envy it. for the first time i had my hair rebonded, i really like it. so i just maintained it, conditioner, if i had time i would blow dry it. i just have my hair rebonded once a year, and in the middle of the year i just treat it maybe a hair spa or hair relax.
take care

I personally have naturally wavy hair which I think I got from my father's parents; or from my grandmother in particular. Because of this, I can't wear my hair like the commercial models of shampoo who have enviously long, straight, and shiny black hair.
But even if I could resort to undergoing several hair treatments which are available in the local market today, I prefer to have my hair kept as natural as possible. For one, I don't have extra money to spend on 'rebonding' or 'straightening', or hair coloring treatments. Also, I'm not an avid fan of chemicals put on the hair aside from shampoo and conditioner.
I keep my hair short as much as possible, in order to avoid spending much time in front of the mirror everyday. This is also to lessen the time and money spent on cleaning and combing it before going to the workplace.
Like you, I admit that I also have dandruff. I used to patronize an anti-dandruff shampoo which really removes dandruff from the hair and this I have personally proven for myself. Unfortunately, it doesn't guarantee that it will never come back even if you switch to other brands of shampoo or conditioner. It was also costly and I'm not sure if it's still in the market nowadays.
I also don't use much conditioner as my hair is quite sensitive to it. Several strands tend to fall off from my head if I regularly use conditioner. So at the most, I only use this once a month or as necessary.
For grooming, either I tie it on the way to work or I let it sway while it's still wet.

I use Ketozol shampoo for my dandruff treatment. However, it could only stop the itchness for a while and dandruff is still there...Good that you found something works for you. Thanks for the tips of using conditioner once a month, I think once a week might be too much for me as hair drops quite a lot each time I use it.
