When was the Last Time You See Your Parents?

Hi mjmlagat, I do not live the same country with my parents. I haven't been back home since 2006 Chirstmas, and I think I will go back and visit them in May 2009 with my husband. hehe, it is really different to stay to far away from parents, but I need to get used to it. I started living abroad at the age of 19, I used to live in UK, now, I am in USA, no matter where I am, I miss my parents and all the days I were at home.

I have seen my dad just last weekend and talked to him a few days ago. We see each other every few weeks or so and talk on the phone usually once a week at least. Now my mom I dont see her much we talk every few months or so.

I havent seen my mother in a yr or more and I havent seen her ex husband since I was 17 (I;m 38 now)

i see my mother everyday but my father, i saw him last september 30. my father works in another country but i still see him often because he comes home every after one month. it's hard not to be with your parents. i think i can't survive being away from them for so long.

I saw them about a week ago. I invited them to my house in another state. We spent a great time together. Not visiting any tourist spots although my area here is popular for that as that will be too crowded, I brought them for good food instead. I was very happy to see them enjoying each meal we were having with them. Although they just spent about 4 days with me, but I feel quite sad when sending them back home. Just wish my parents will always be cheerful and healthy!
