Do You Find Lack of Sincerity and Dedication in Today's School Teachers ?

The teachers we had during our school times were simply superb. They were updated, knowledgeble and had the skill of making the student understand the subject. They were genuinely interested in their profession, they were sincere and dedicated towards students and their proffession. I recall teaching a topicnumber of times in the class without any sign of monotony on his place until all of the students they understood a particular topic. They were very cool and had immensepatience. Ofcourse they were strict desciplinarians because of which they were strict and had no hitch in giving punishment to the students if they were unruly.Then there were no ready made guides or notes available in market and students were supposed to depend upon the techer for every need of their. Private Tutorials were never heard of and any taking private tutitions were considred as a taboo, as weak students were saught to such things during our times! Now with the changed times ready made notes, Guides have taken the priority in today's student life together with Private Tutorial classes making the teachers as back benchers in their life. I think it is basically the attitude of the teachers also got changed today. They are just doing their duty by completing the syllabus within stipulated time without oaying the attention if students are really understanding the subject or not! In nut shell I feel today's teachers are lacking sincerily and dedication! This is my personal feeling! What do tou have to say about them? Kindly respond! Thanks !
