I am currently changing my sleeping habits. I used to sleep at about 11pm if its weekdays coz I still have work the next day. And if its the weekends, I have no specific time. I sleep whenever, usually the morning of the next day. Then I sleep all throughout the day.
However, now, since my "dizzy spell" a couple of weeks ago, I started to change these habits. I am not exactly sure that I was dizzy because of lack of slee, but I want to be safe than sorry. Since I started sleeping early, I feel refreshed and relaxed the next day. The "dizzy spell" has not come back. I now sleep at around nine in the evening on weekdays and before twelve midninght on weekends. It is a big adjustment for me but at least, I feel a lot better now.

Hi there bubblyapple!
I would like to change my sleeping habits but I seem to be not successful at it. I intend to work on it starting next week. By then, the school is off for a two-week break so that means I do not have to sleep late just so I can work on my lectures. Moreover, starting November 3, we will be having a new schedule for the rest of the semester (until mid March). Thus, I will have a new sleeping schedule too. Since I do not know my schedule for the upcoming semester, I still do not know whether I can sleep more or sleep less. One thing for sure, I will have to adjust my sleeping hours again.

our body clock adjusts easily...I've just started sleeping early about a couple of weks ago, and now, when the clock strikes 9, my eyes start closing whether I am doing something or not.....
