Are there anyone in Mylot watching the Japanese anime "The gray man"? I have just watched episode 103. I just want to know if it is really finish? I know that the manga is still ongoing but are there plans to continue the anime? It's a shame since it's quite good

Yea. I just finished watching it too. The manga is still ongoing but I think D Gray Man has met its end. 
There are still many unexplained events (for example: 'Is Mana the 14th Noah?', 'What is Earl Millennium planning next?', 'Why does General Cross know so much about the Ark' and etc ).
I didn't read the manga so I wouldn't know the answer. I'm a little lazy to read the manga so I do hope they will come out another season or at least a movie or OVA to round up everything.
I like the second half of D Gary Man (from episode 51 onwards) better than the first half. The fighting is better and it's funnier. I love Kanda-kun and Lavi-kun. 
I am certain that with enough fan support (which D Gray Man does have), I think we may see something in the future. (crossing my fingers)

Exactly. There are still alot of questions left unanswerred. I read the manga. The anime has catched up the manga. At least the anime quite similar with manga.

Hello, I have not really seen the gray man, but based on your post it seems a nice one. Is it still in manga form? I would like to have "teleserye" of that just like Hana Kimi, Hana Yori, and the likes.

It is adapted from a manga. The manga is still ongoing. There is still no news if the anime will continue
