there is nothing to mind in adding as friend.
and for your question, i am really not going to give u a positive answer. i heard stories that this site is simply suspending ones account and also for those who reached payouts, they were never paid for months. i stopped working for this site after hearing much negative news. I recommend u to choose this site on ur own risk, as i am still unclear about the site.

I don't think there are any sites that pays in euro or pounds, as most sites are intenational, but I'm not too sure.
