I hate it when ther is a car accident on the other side of the parkway, and all the nosy idiots come to a complete stop to see if there is a dead person balled up underneath the tires of someones car! why do people feel the need to to be so interested in a traffic accident that has nothing to do with them. when I'm trying to get somewhere I don't care if there is a car flipped over on the my side of the highway or not. why can't people keep their foot on the gas, keep their head staight and just drive. But noooo, you have to have these morons who just absolutey feel the need to slow down the flow of traffic so they can look at a car wreck. I was on my way somewhere last weekend, and I was cruising just fine unilt the traffic came to a complete stop. I was in a hurry to get somewhere, but I wasn't speeding. I finaly get to see what the cause of traffic was, and there was an accident on the other side of the highway. And what else did I see, a bunch of dumb loosers driving at 3mph, looking and starring like they never seen an a car get flipped over before!!!!

It is really annoying when this happens and also quite disrespectful to the people who have been involved in a crash - and apart from that it has the potential to cause more accidents because those that are braking are making others brake suddenly behind them. I think, though it's human curiosity to look at other human suffering, for example when people used to go to public execution, it's almost like we need to be reminded of our own mortality, no matter how much we might not want to see, there is something inside us that is curious. All that doesn't make be stuck in a traffic jam just because people can't mind their own business any less annoying though!!! xxx

I know what you mean I can not stand traffic and whenever there is an accident it is like everyone feels the need to stop and stare, staring is not going to help anyone and all it is gonna do is cause another accident because they wanted to look at the first accident, especially if it is on the other side of the parkway, and it should be against the law to stop and stare at an accident, and the only time you should be able to stop when there is an accident is if you are trying to help whoever had the accident.

Yea i hate that too. Out here they call that the colorado curiosity traffic and it drives me nuts too. Sometimes you can pass quite a few cars though on the right side if their not paying attention. I think it's the flashing lights and the amazement of how much a car can really crumble, i'm not sure.

LOL - I agree. I've never driven in the city ... too aggressive but upstate where I am ... everyone drives SO SLOW. They have to take a look at EVERYTHING. Oooh some truck ran over a deer! Oooh some one is peeing on the side of the road! Oooh someone got pulled over. AHHHHHH
