The Ohio Secretary of State has appealed the 6th Circuit ruling ordering her to aid the counties in verifying the voter registrations. Her office had previously admitted there were more than 200,000 voter registrations with discrepancies. Yet, she has refused to provide social security or driver's license info to the counties to aid them in clearing them up those discrepancies. She claims there is no time and it's not really a big deal.
Your opinion on this? Should the Supreme Court hear the case?
