Do you like LUCKY ME PANSIT CANTON? What flavor?

My friends from the Phillipines at work make Pansit all the time. I really love it alot, but don't know what variety they make. They tell me they won't give me the recipe because I am a white girl and won't have the patience needed to chop all the ingredients. Do you think that is true? I think they should just give me the recipe and let me decide if it is too much work for me to do. But I respect their right to keep it to themselves as long as they make it for me sometimes. I also love their little eggrolls with the mango salsa!
