Life! what is it?  | |  I wonder sometimes what is life a blessing or a curse? My experiences say that it depends on the situation a person faces.Like there was a phase in my life where i felt life is curse for me .I was forced into a situation where no one came to my rescue.My father dumped my mother after 25 years of marraige only to avoid giving money for my marraige and be with his otherfamily (his own daughter)although he never had the burden to run expenditure as my mom was a teacher.Just before my mom's retirement he broke all ties.I was unemployed and went through worst phase of life.
But thankfully,God gave me a loving hubby and his family that i feel i am a complete
now and life is like a blessing. Today,i think of that life as a nightmare but it has left a scar in my heart and mind which i will never forget.
Thats allfor now i feel relieved sharing my grief.

If we have a better outlook in life then life will be like a bliss and we have choose if we want to be happy or sad. We don't have to think all those problems, let's just have it passed and go and just concentrate on what future will bring. We can also be happy on small things if we want to. All we need to do is to think that everything happens for a reason and we are being prepared for the future.
If there's a door closes in front of us, we can always expect that windows will be open for us.

Life is like a wave, sometimes go up, then go down. I too passed low phase in my life. Still i don't think its a curse. Rather i would like to think it as a blessings. And all the hardship or unwanted situations brought me closer to God. Such situations helped me to look at myself and realize that life is a journey towards spirituality. Happiness and sadness - all are very much temporary but the journey is eternal.
So whenever I'm in trouble, i look into that eternality. | |

My whole life is indeed a curse.
I don't have money - $30,000 in debt.
I don't have any friends.
I don't have anyone to talk to.
I don't have family members.
I don't have looks.
I don't have a place of my own.
I am not good in anything - don't have any specialty.
I don't communicate and write well - I stumble with words.
I am almost 40 years old and still don't have a job.
My mind is always not at peace.
Even if I work really hard to get something, most of the time, I still don't get what I want.
People ignore me most of the time. I don't get heard or respected. No one respect me at all. People scream at me whenever they feel like it. It seems the only time that people will pay attention to me is when I do things for them.
I always help or do things for people. But when I need help, I never get any.
Yes, I am a complete failure. Even though I should be all depressed and kill myself, I haven't gotten that depressed yet. That's why when other people complain about their life, I really don't understand (I'm not talking about you- family members will always have a great effect on each other.) I'm the one who really don't have anything and anybody. How I wish that I can be in their places - just to have one person in this world who will truly care about me.
