Islander Sandals.. |

| I forgot that I enlisted this item among products I use.. (^_^") Well, this one would mostly be known here in our country, the Philippines. Aside from the usual rubber strap and sole, there are also different designs from this brand. Kind'a affordable and would last a considerable time though, using them on demanding circumstances would give it wear and tear, similar with other brands of course when you over use them. Well, when I think about it, I can't seem to start anything if I can't find those sandals of mine. I mean, it seems part of my routine to wear them before doing anything. One time, I couldn't find them, probably a brother of mine had to go out and in a rush, just wore mine and went off wherever it was that he was headed. I really couldn't go well with my brother's sandals which were left at home, I mean, it feels different since its been accomodating my bro's feet for a long while, it got molded for his comfort I guess. How about you guys? Wear sandals at home or anywhere close when your going out? Would go for the branded ones or prefer comfort and ignore the price tag? Thanks for spending a moment on reading (^_^ ) | | Islander Sandals - Voyager | | | | |

| | Would it be due to the stock available are always blue or its just among your personal preferences when it comes to that kind of slippers? Since you did say that you don't use much of it, I guess it could go longer than those two years (^_^ ) Going 'round town or doing errands wearing rubber shoes seems alright. However, just going to school, you wear rubber shoes? So you have those shoe lockers at school or something like that? Yeah, the brand is sure well endorsed even by celebrities.. then again, there are also those other brands that I have seen when I was still small.. I think one was Rambo.. really think soled rubber slippers if I recall right.. | | | |

| | Yeah, slippers is a good gift to give, if it fits, surely the one who gets it can use it and the one who gives such a gift won't have to worry if it would be used or not at all. You happen to wear a school uniform when going to school or its one of those schools that doesn't have requirements like that? I looked for one and its named RAMBBO, a pair that my nephew couldn't use at all.. | | | |

| | We do have a school uniform. Wear flat closed black shoes but has an inch thick soles so it could pass up as "heels".hehehe Use the rubber shoes on wash days or whenever I need to go to school for unscheduled submissions:D | | | |

| | Okay.. so that's what you meant.. there aren't any schools out there that doesn't insist on uniforms now-a-days.. Though that you were studying somewhere its always wash day. | | | |

| | Hehehe, I'd probably be wearing the same thing for three days and another outfit for the rest of the days, interchange the outfit every now and then.. We didn't had wash days at our college though.. seems convenient to have a uniform after all. (^_^ ) | | | |

| | You have pants along your uniform? I thought you'd be wearing those usual skirts.. depends on the course being taken? One thing I heard about skirts being utilized at school was during exams.. of course, I only heard about it and not actually seen an event that proved its reality.. | | | |

| | So you wouldn't have enrolled in any school if you were required to wear skirts for them, even though the course you want is offered there? Though I didn't ask, I'm still glad that you mentioned it or else, I wouldn't have anything to reply to and make this post deviat a little from the discussion. Elementary days reminds me of those school uniforms of my classmates that really resembles those of high shool students.. though, their suspenders that are really connected to their skirts are just suspenders. When they reach high school, their suspenders might look like suspenders infront but, everything is covered at the back. A blouse and that type of suspender-like skirt would be their uniforms. During our kindergarten, the gilrs wore those all-skirt uniform, same fabric and design with grade and high school. So there's this collar like detail that would probably best be discribed as like to those of sailors and the rest would be the skirt. I guess that's more convenient for them children as well for parents. My classmate from grade school up to high school wore rubber shoes with her gown during a wedding of a relative of her's. She even uploaded a picture of herself, wearing a helmet, on a dirt bike and rubber shoes on plain view.. (>_< ) | | | |

| | Well, your already in college and the uniform thing seems not to be an issue for you anymore.. Got to look at some grade schoolers earlier and some high schoolers as well. Their uniforms, no crossed suspenders at their backs. I don't know what to call them anymore as everything is covered at the back while two straps parallel to each other in front for high school girls. Well, now that you clarified that 'flaps'.. don't know what they are called as well.. was thinking that its near the neck and we guys would often have collars on our uniforms, hence, 'collar like detail' (^_^") A couple of grades would have buys wear black shorts and later on, be pants as they go up the grades. Well, the wedding's done and she was able to upload a good number of photos like that so I guess her family respects her decisions right from the start. | | | |

| | Hehehe, not really into the terms of clothes either.^_^ Black shorts, hmm, is black one of the school colors? Guys would also wear shorts until 3rd Grade, after that they use pants as well. | | | |

| | I guess black fabric for shorts and pants are very abundant so its practical than to try something else, especially with schools that aren't really that top notch to impose on alternative uniforms.. The only distinguishing item would be the school patch.. | | | |

| | I don't know how many times the uniform of the high school that I graduated from had changed but as far as I can recall, neither of the uniforms ever resembled any color significant to the school.. the only dominating color would be the school gates but, that's not really odd.. | | | |

| | Black for the lines, green for some tiny leaves and I think stripes of blue and pink...? Not really close to the colors of our uniforms aside from the black.. | | | |

| | Nah, a change like that would probably rattle parents who have already been enrolling their children in that school. Not so for those new students who just enrolled or got transferred but, local ones would be upset on the change implemented like that.. Black pants seems typical but, it work.. | | | |

| | I used to have one and it lasted for a really long time. I do hope that these slippers should be more appreciated here than all of those imported flip flops that are almost the same the only difference is the price (because of shipping costs)I always feel comfy when i wear slippers and for me as long as it's comfy cheap ones are ok too. | | | | | | |
