You used to see the cameras from the wall on almost every network. Of course, that was back in the day of the great announcers like Ned Jarrett and Junior Johnson.

Nowadays, the networks make their own things. Then they probably patent them, so the other networks have to wait longer to use them.

One thing that I do like is the car cameras. I am glad they haven't taken those away. It's pretty neat when you can see the inside of the car, or you can see the driver's point of view when there is a crash right in front of them and they barely miss it.

im pretty sure that particular camera is property on the fox network which is why you probably only see it on their network since they went to all the trouble of actually naming it and now they even have gone so far as to have made little animated digger and his family which is kind of funny but i dont get why they wont let the other networks use it too they could always work out a fee to use it. it is a unique camera angle really makes it look like the cars are coming right at you.
