Favorite Artist Or Band & Y?  

That is a pretty good question and music is very important in peoples lives because I do not think people could live without music,because music adds color and it can make happy times even happier,and sad times seem a lot less sad,when it comes to music I have a couple favorites my favorite country artist would be Garth Brooks because he has a lot of great songs,and he is like one of the top selling country artists in history,and on the last CMA's he got the Crystal Milestone Award which he more than deserved,and then my favorite rock band would be Sum41 because of their song Fat Lip because I love that song,and it motivates me to keep going and it makes me want to trash stuff.

For me, its Heart... Their music inspires me beyond words and thanks to Ann Wilson, their lead singer, I've chosen to be a singer -hope my parents wont read this, 8P-. Even though their members have changed through the over 30 years of music history, sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson have stayed and they're currently the creative spark behind the group. Ann's powerful and unique vocals + Nancy's incredible talent on guitar = perfect match. They have been a great inspiration for other great female rock artists: Pat Benatar, Chrissie Hynde (The pretenders), Terri Nunn (Berlin) and many more. Their music has changed from a Led Zep-a-like sound in the 70's, to friendly pop rock melodies (includding some major power ballads), to going back to their early influences in the new millenium and they have proved their capacity of making great music with different styles all the way through without losing themselves. So... thanks for more than thirty years of amazing music, Queens of rock: Ann and Nancy Wilson. Hopping for a new album this year.

Music is a very important of my life. It helps me to express myself, or get rid of that stress by singing along to some of my favorite songs.

When I was a kid, Guns and Roses was my musical heroes. Well, I still like' em even until now especially their Appetite for Destruction album. These songs helped express my rebellious streak when I was a young one.

Right now, I'm into Japanese music and of all those artists, Gackt Camui is my favorite artist. He writes songs that express emotions, a rarity these days. Even if you won't understand the lyrics, you'll be captivated by the melody of his songs and their arrangements. For starters, try listening to his songs "Rain" and "Emu~For my Dear"

My favorite artist, without a doubt, is Stevie Ray Vaughan. I can remember the day that I first heard Stevie. Although, I don't remember how I even got the tape. All I know is that when I heard the song,"Superstition," I was hooked. I'm started to play guitar around that time 13 or 14 years ago, but I didn't link the two until later on. At the time, peer pressure didn't have anything to do with listening to Stevie. I felt his music hit my soul and I've never gotten rid of it since. If you could hear my guitar playing you would hear that Stevie has had a major impact. Before I ever heard of Stevie Ray Vaughan there was a guitar technique that I used, that he used also, but I didn't know it until I heard him for the first time. I can't explain it, but it gave me and him a bond forever. Anyone who is a friend of Stevie's music is a friend of mine.
