Ernest Hemingway said ,"I like to listen.I have learned a great deal from listening carefully.Most people never listen."
Don't be in a rush. Put your ego on hold.Learn to listen what people are actually saying.

Ya you are correct arlerambabu,
We must have to listen others to get a good conversation. Most of the we are behaving like a radio or a cd player, Only one way.Do not allow the other person to say or do not listen to others!!
As you said we can try to listen more than we say.
I remember one another quotes.but i don't know the exact words.There says to think more, speak less. write very less.
