YOu often find that you work very hard and put in a lot of effort, yet do not achieve what other not so hard working people achieve. What do you think is the reason? Is it becasue some thing is lacking in you or others have something which you do not have? to what extent doother people influence your achievement?

Maybe because my goal was not fixed and my focus is quite scattered. In my opinion, the way to achieve a goal is through knowing what you want and aiming to really get it. There's no point of comparison with others since we have different pacing when it comes to goal achievement. People may bring us down, but we can never be pulled if we remain steadfast. As long as we know ourselves and we master our actions, I guess there's no reason for us not to attain success. Besides, success it never to far, and everyone is capable of achieving such..^^ Happy mylotting

Yes I agree with you that some of us have put in a lot of effort, yet we are still not successful in life. Until now I am still wondering why is this happening. I know I have never offended anybody who has never done any wrongs to me. If the person is bad to me, that is a different story all together. I have worked in many offices and yet I still can't get along with people. I think that is the key why I couldn't achieve success because I just can't tolerate people with so many attitudes. Now I am trying to do internet business and it is on its way. I hope I will achieve success in the near future. Please pray for me, as I will pray for you too.

Sometimes people are just more efficient than you are. It happens and it's life. When it happens to me I try to just buck up and work harder. Other people do influence how hard I work, but not because I am trying to compete with them. For instance my family and girl friend really motivate me to do well so that they can be proud of me.
