Hello every one on the mylot.in the year of 2006,i bought a house.at that time i have not somuch money.so that i had to loan from bank.nowadays i had to repay the bank interest monthly.many of my friends had also loan from bank because of buying house.nowadays i feel tired for repaying the bank interest.do you have loan from bank today?have you already bought the house?

i think that loan is a matter in which you replace your life with money.
if you got money from bank as loan that you give your life to them and got the money.
that is why i am not used to loan from bank or any other source.

I do not have a loan from teh bank, but we do have a loan with the housing board where we bought our flat. We are slowly repaying the principal and at the same time we still have to pay for the interest. Instead of taking the full 30 years to pay the loan which is allowed in our case, we reduced the loan period to 15 years. But we need to pay more each month. I guess it's still better than paying lots more interest.

I have a bike(Bajaj pulsar 150 cc) loan in a bank............ Its going to end with in a month............... In the past our family had lot, its very tough to pay that all the interest........ BY the god grace we cleared all the credit.............. happy lotting , have a nice day.

yeah we have a loan for our house we bought in 2005 which is annoying but we opt'ed for a special way of paying that takes a little extra out and then it will pay off our loan 7 years early.. still seems for ever away though
