Do you and your spouse ever play boardgames?  

i dont have a spouse but when i will have one i will surely play games with her

We have a "history" with card and board games. When we were first married, my husband taught me several new ways to play rummy and we had a lot of fun with that. We also played Uno a lot. In fact, we had a perpetual game going for quite some time. One night when I was pregnant with our first child, we were in the middle of that perpetual game when my water broke! Now we play a lot of Uno with our kids. Our daughter is 10 and when she was smaller, it was one of the only "grown-up" games that she could understand.

My husband and I also love "upwords". We are both word game lovers. This is our Favorite! We haven't played it in awhile and I think I'm going to suggest it tonight!

Yes, we used to play scrabble, snake and ladder and chess. Our all-time favorite is scrabble! However, since we have our baby November last year, we rarely have time to do this. Maybe when the baby gets a little older, we can have some time again! It was fun! We both enjoyed everytime we played. I'm missing those days with your post. he he

No, we do not nor have we ever played board games together. I don't really see that happening. I wouldn't want to play board games with anyone though. I remember back in h.s. in one of our classes we were required to play board games, and I disliked it so much. For some reason, I just hate board games. I don't find them fun at all.

yes, my husband and I used to play PC games when we were newly married. Then he got very busy and I too was a full time mom. Then we played carrom board, which was very interesting. Now we don't have that and we play badminton sometimes. I guess the games keep on changing. We dont' stop playing. We just play different games at different times of our life.

when we are chatting before we use to play online games whom we think that is interesting that is to add some spice of chatting and never get bored talking each other everyday lol

but now we live together we dont play together since i like to be in computer and he like to be with his xbox game.

but there are time when i think i need to relax, i have to time out here in mylot and i have to bother him playing until he told me go back to your computer and we will be laughing lol

my hubby and i like to play scrabble sometimes at night during the winter but we dont get that much time to do that. we sometimes have family fun days when we cant go out due to bad weather and we pull out the monopoly game or scrabble game.

Hi hdjohnson. Yes, my husband and I do play boardgames sometimes. He works a lot so sometimes it's hard to do something like that, but sometimes we get to do it. When my kids come over we all like to get the games out and play them. I think it's a great family time.

yes, my partner and i play boardgames. our favorites are scrabble and pictionary. we play pictionary even if it's just the two of us. one would draw and the other would guess. :P

When me and my guy forst got together, we didn't always have the cash to go out and do the things that we wanted to do, so we made the most of it by having games nights with friends that were in the same position as us. Occassionally we may have had a poker night where we could win money, but generally, we played Atmosfear or monopoly and otyher such board games. We also used to spice things up by incorporating a few beers or whatever.

These days, we tend to not have so many games nights where we invite our friends around. Maybe this is due to us getting married and moving away, but also because our friends have kids and stuff now, so it makes it a little harder to organise. However, we still play boardgames, and actually, we still play them fairly regularly. Scrabble is a particular favorite of mine, and he likes Frustration, although he ALWAYS wins and it frustrates me! Ha ha!

I think boardgames and Wii games, and Playstation games keep us occupied when we have no money at the end of the month or if we are having a particularly expensive month, and we can sometimes combine it with a bottle of wine or a few beers.

I love playing boardgames, and so does my guy, and I guess we are lucky to have found eaach other, as none of my ex's were that fond of them! We are both pretty competitive, so we keep scores of who wins what and whoever wins gets to pick a prize of their choice, from the naughty in bed, to chocolates and other such things.

Boardgames only become boring or slip out of your lives if you let them! I don't, and we have plenty of fun with them, adapting them occasionally if we get a little bored!
