I always see different attitudes of people during seminars. Yesterday was the conclusion of out 2-day research seminar and it's just so funny that for the past days I have been observing and seeing attitudes of people in attendance: while the resource person was so focused on the discussion, the principal was so serious in her deep slumber; while our group was so busy doing our workshop, our groupmate was also very determined in being passive and sneak on her junk-food-eating habit; while we were all silenced the data computation activity given by the facilitator, this other teacher's cellphone had been ringing continuosly that most of us prayed as to when he'd throw it outside...hew! Have you had similar experiences?

I work for a training institute as a Training Associate. Being one "entitles" me to come face to face with a lot of people with different attitude... good and bad. Seven years in this job has told and taught me that we cannot please everybody. There will always be a few who will ask for more than what can be given or expected. Aside from participants, we also have facilitators who have attitude. We have to manage all of these at the same time and it can be very difficult, I tell you.

Well, different strokes for different folks, I believe. Thanks for the response!
