In my family we are big fans of chicken, but lately I have been finding it hard to come up with new ideas/reciepes for chicken. The other night I came up with a new reciepe for chicken and it turned out great. I guesse you can say I get bored of eating the same old shake and bake chicken or even deep fried chicken. So if you have a great recipe for chicken will you please share.
Thank you and Happy Mylotting

try "mochiko chicken" its a great local dish in hawaii and its really good.
Go to your asian section of your nearest grocery store or the nearest asian market and look for Mochiko flour. Its a pretty popular ingredient and becoming more mainstream so it should be easy to find. It comes in a white box with blue letters the reciepe should be on the back of the box.
