Do you exercise every day ??

I try to exercise every day . If I don't get to do it one day, or don't get to do as much as usual, it's only because I was feeling ill or was injured . Do you exercise every day ???

I'm the least fit, least exercise-enthused person, pretty much ever. I've decided to challenge myself to a month of exercising everyday, in the hope that a) I'll get used to doing exercise and may not hate it so much b) I'll feel like since I went to the gym/ran/generally used up so much effort exercising I don't want to waste it eating junk c) I'll hopefully find a type of exercise I enjoy (or at least don't hate!) So far, I'm all of...two days in. But it's a start! I lost lots of weight before, through dieting, but although I weighed less, I was still the same shape/still didn't have a flat stomach/thinner thighs etc. So now that I'm back to where I started (the joys of University diet!) I've decided I need to incorporate exercise too. Now I just have to stick to it!

hi noel, I am a fat guy, i always think of doing exercise and reducing fat but i will not be able to do so. i does exercise if i get time.

The only regular exercise i do is when i walk going home from the office... then walking up and down three flights of stairs to my apartment unit... i would like to exercise more... but i just do not have the time... since i work... do household chores... and take care of a two year old... but doing all these things are like exercise already...

yes i do exercise daily but not having an exact time.sometimes maybe early in the morning and sometimes maybe late at night.it depends when i'm free.it is really good for our health.it is recommended for all.it keeps you fit and ensures a long living.

i try to exercise everyday to keep my body healthy and alive.Though it is very hard to do since i am busy with work so i just do a little stretching here in there/
