Ok so I am not completely sure how to start this so bear with me. I have seen many religions (if you want to call it that) in my time. Now each one of them believe that theres is the only one. Now do not get me wrong I believe that everyone has a right to their beliefs and I am not trying to "convert" anyone or anything. I have my own belief that all of these religions were one in the same. Back in the day God created man etc etc etc...you all know how it goes in your beliefs. Now I think that along the lines men decided to write, talk, or however it happened about God. Well then MAN ended up breaking apart in their stories, beliefs etc. That is how there is so many religions. Now every belief says that there's is right, but how do you know for a fact? Because a book or person has said so? If you believe in that book or person or people than so be it. But do not judge that everyone is wrong but your religion. Because maybe one day you will be judged by the man upstairs. Do not try to convert people, you may not be on the right path yourself.

This is a tuff subject to say the least. However, if you have studied or even just looked at all the major religions you would notice that a lot if not all of the teachings are pretty much the same. Now man tended to be isolated by natural barriers, and appears to have developed at different rates. The isolation caused groups of people to share a common history, beliefs and a way of thinking. Such as, the oriental mind works just a little different than the European. No yelling, it's neither good or bad, just different. Oriental writting was in the form of imiages that had meaning that they understood. Europeans used an alphabet where letters formed words with a specific meaning. Where as the oriental tended to convey a generalized meaning. In each one of these isolated groups there is a man that brings them the concepts of their relegion and teaches them how to conduct their lives. Could this have been Christ reborn into different cultures and delivering the same message but in terms that the people could understand? I don't know and it really doesn't matter. If the teachings were followed we would be alot different and a lot better off. As we, as a society lose more and more of our morality, what was once unimaginable is now common place and accept without question. Its like getting into a bath tub, if the water was extremely hot we would not get into it. But if it was at a comfortable temp. when we got in and the heat was turned up slpowly over time we would not be aware of it until we would be burned. As we progress, we become more blind to the changes that are happening over time. But as long as you can look at yourself every night and say honestly, that you did nothing to harm anyone and you did the best that you could do, thats all that could be asked.

I don't know if you'd agree with me but I always believe the Catholicism is the true religion simply because you can trace its origin way back from St. Peter who was the first Pope of the Catholics. But I also believe that we cannot be saved by our religion alone but the way we live our lives in accordance with the teachings of our doctrines.

I have studied religions for years now the only one that I found to be believable was Islam. I am not a convert. I was married to a Muslim for a couple of years, but never really converted. I still do my prayers. I find that they are relaxing. I also try to read the Quar' an. I read an English version. I know that the Arabic is better but I have not been studying the language.
