I am seriouly to tell you that just walking could also help to lose weight, even very effectively. That's from my own experience. I became overweight after a long term project because I almost sit there all day long and had not enought time for workout. so too much fat accumulated. When that project was completed, I had to find some method to lose weight, however, I don't like gym. So, I began to have a walk after dinner every day. I mean, long time walking at a certain frequency to make it as a . After about one month's walking, I was so surprised to find that I had lost almost 10kg! that's really amazing! When there is no snow on the ground, I can walk fast to the Mall or to the stores, but when it is winter, I have a bit of a problem because the ice and the snow slows me down and there is not that many lawns with snow on them down the main streets. I do much of my walking in my house and this way I can get an idea about how much walking I do in winter.
