Has anyone here heard of or tried Dr. Tabor's "Slim and Beautiful" Diet?

I was watching a video on the world's heaviest man, Uribe, in YouTube when I stumbled upon a video on weight loss, "Dr. Tabor's Slim and Beautiful Diet" program. It seems convincing but orders are only accepted in the US. Has anyone here tried the program personally? I would love to hear from you. :)
