why are all chefs fat?

about 95% of the chefsaurants or hotels or any eatery that we see in resis generally fat? what do you think the reason might be, is it because they taste all the dishes that they make that they become fat even if they dont eat full meals daily

i always figured they have to test out their new recipes and etc.. that and well they would have to love food if they worked with it all the time so i would assume they would at least try new things a lot
