do u take steroids??

I think it is not a good practice to do so.In long run it can cause various health problems.It is better to avoid taking such drugs to build your body.

never think of taking steroids just for sake of building your body.they do more harm than good.they weaken your body immune mechanism and make you vulnerable to different infections.it can also cause peptic ulcers,cataract,osteoporosis and many other diseases when taken for long periods.
instead have a healthy diet having greater amount of proteins like pulses,egg,milk and these will help you in long term to have a great physique.

indeed if u want it "easily" as u said..but there are a few rules..u have to accept the side-effects(which are many), u have to control ur diet, u have to train urself often(dnt think of injecting those and just sleeping)..

Its easier yes, but your body breaks down easier when you are older if you use them.. One of my good friends used to use them and something is always hurting him and he's only 37. He still looks in good shape, muscles and all... but he just seems to be breaking down on the inside and I blame that to steriods.
Personally i want a long career of armwrestling so I will never use steriods, same as my husband.
