How often do you shampooing your hair?

For me , everymorning,but Idon't think it good for my healthy. So how often do you take it? and how often do you think is OK?

I usually wash it every other day. I looks and is better to style after a day or two.

I shampoo and condition my hair every night, I do this at night as I have long hair and I like it to dry naturally rather than blow drying it as I would have to do if I washed it in the morning...

I don't shampoo my hair often. I shampoo my hair once in one week or once in two weeks. I use herbal shampoo. Here lots of herbal shampoos are available that has the smell of jasmine, tulsi, and various other herbs and good smelling flowers. I think these shampoos are very good.
