Is it even possible that my house is *this* efficient?

Last night I clicked the heat on for a few minutes to heat the house up to 70. As soon as it clicked off, I turned the heat off. I have checked the thermostat a few times last night and on & off today and it still says 70s. Now I know that is the inside temp because it is on the left side of the digital display and it says on when you turn the thermostat off. Anyways, is it possible that the house has really stayed 70 this entire time? I mean I am still cold on and off, but the temp still says 70.

My house holds the heat, but I still need to turn the heat up if I feel cold. I guess it's possible for it to stay the same temp for a while. Or perhaps the neighbor kicked their heat on also.

My place really holds the heat. I can turn mine on and after a very short while , cut it off and it holds the heat. You may be cold natured or your thermostat may not be working. If the problem continues, then I would have it checked.
