I cannot receive money from paypal what am I going to do with these $$$

When I joined paypal sometime last year, I thought I would be able to recieve money through their services. But it just happened to me this week when I was suppose to recieve money from Platinum Longue, the payment day which was monday came and pass and there was not account change in my balance, I had some patient to wait until Tuesday and nothing happened. I decided to get help from paypal administration, and here is where my head came crumbling. In the response I can only send money from my account but I cannot recieve money because I come from Kenya and it is in the category of those countries that can only send payments. I have already made $1 in PL which could have been deposited into my account and now this the heart breaking one, I have already made more than $40 in Ciao and I was just about to transfer this money into my paypal account. Now everything has come to an end with site that are paying through paypal for me, just need your opinion on this and how best I go about this one.
