Knowledge may be acquired through many ways. One way of getting knowedge is form travelling.Another way is by conversation, especailly one with a great man.A person may also become knowlege throuh other ways such as listening to the radio or watch TV.The best way to acquire knowledge, however,is through reading.
Reading as a means of obtainning knowledge has a number of advantage over many other ways. One can read regularly but few people can travel in the same way.Secondly, reading can ensure a through grasp of what you are interest in.This is hardly so when one is listening to the radio or watch TV.Reading is the most flexilbe of all the ways to obtain knowlege.
So,do you like reading??????????

I like reading. I do read a lot. I think there is many way to get knowledge and not necessarily from reading. Some knowledge can be learn through experience and some from practical. Especially knowledge that need field work like IT, broadcasting, cooking. I think I learn a lot by trying to do it especially to edit video with various software. I will read the tutorial but only if I apply, I can really learn to do it.

I started reading on my own as a hobby in ninth grade. Into my hands were books on subjects that were unconventional to my way of thinking. I read a lot of these books. And after awhile I realized something was amiss! My world view point has not caught up with knowledge and recorded opinions that are in my head.
Education from books so far has taught me not the material inside them, but that thinking for yourself is needed if you are faced with anything questionable. I have stepped back from reading a bit, I don't do it as much. But it is all a process and I don't know what I'll be doing in 10-20 years. Books helped me dabble in astral travel, right now I have schizophrenia, and I think that it's a good lesson for anybody.
