I used to be one, but that was ages ago. I didnt eat meat for more then 10 years. I think its a good way of living if you have time to make your own food, the problem is woth people like me who are at work most of the day and depend on a restaurants for meals.
I noticed there wasnt many options to have vegetarian meal at the restaurant, rhere was always some food for vegetarians but it all tasted like hell and not to mention how much fat it was in it..everything was more or less fried, and I dont like fried food. So finally I gave up and started eating normal again, and more healthy too.
I remeber I once bought a vegetarian sausage at the store, it tasted weird to be honest lol but when I checked the label to see the nutritians I was shocked. The thing had so much fat in it that I actually sent a mail to the factory asking if it was a mistake, because this was suppose to be health food and it was all fat even you couldnt see it. They sent back the nutritian list ad I went through it and I just couldnt belive it. It was no mistake. And at that time I decided to start eating normal, because with all the s*hity things they offer as a health food, meat is the least of my problems.

Although I have mostly quit eating meat as well, I am working on finding a healthy lifestyle for eating. If I do eat meat it's as unprocessed as I can get it. With summer coming there will be more fresh fruits and veggies, more salads and more light meals. I also rarely eat any kind of fried foods.

I try to take vefetable instead of meat, but now I find that I cannot make it.
After away from meat and eggs for more than one week, I find that I feel hungry easily, and usually eat more in the meals, and take snack more often. I think meat is still needed for our health, so being a vegetarian is not easy.

I used to be vegetarian, I am not now. I eat most anything without any effect to my body. A lot of my friends suffer from diabetes and even a number of my siblings suffer from it too. I am lucky. I can eat anything and nothing happens. Cheers!!
