Do you like red wine or white wine?  

Actually I seldom drink it. But if you ask me, then I will prefer red wine much more because I have heard that it's a healthy drink. Drinking it a little bit will be good for you. Besides, I think it tastes good when it mixes with seven-up soda water.

To reach the conclusion, rats were fed white wine as part of their diet and the researchers found that the animals suffered less heart damage during cardiac arrest, compared to animals fed only water or grain alcohol.
So both are good i think.
