Do you believe that women should always get married in white ?  

A white dress has just been tradition for a long time if not forever. I think woman look good getting married in a white dress and other dresses wouldn't be appropriate.

No who made this rule anyway, I think today people are wise enough to do what they want to do, whatever makes a person happy, I hate it when fashion dictates how things should be...do as what makes you happy it is your day...

I think that women should get married in whatever color they choose to get married in because it's their day of happiness.

I hear that the color white represents "pure" or "virgin." If that's true then that wouldn't be the color for me.

I don't know, but what I do know is that women or people in general should go for what their hearts desire.

I was thinking of getting married in the color purple, because I thinks it's a very beautiful,unique color and it would definitely make my day shine even more.

Yeah that is really old tradition and I can see that a lot of people want to be unique when it comes to their weddings. The trend has now changed. I see many women these days who sport in an off white or cream colored wedding gowns. And the song "here comes the bride" is rarely played while the bride's walking down the aisle. Some celebrities pick their marching songs based on their favorites. Personally, I would like Mariah Carey's "Last Chance" to be played when I march the aisle on my wedding day.

I got married in black and a little bit of pink. :D
