I agree with it that Tension is big medicine for weight loss, but obviously this medicine is not recommended. But its true. Because this happen in my life. But its also true that with weight loss you may loss your glamor and its decompose your health also. But again I have to say in tension human loss there weight. So pls put comments on it if u agree or disagree with me. Specially Doctors, pls put your comments on it. Thank You.....Enjoy life with out tension!!!!!(Its really possible!!!!!!).

As for me I was so tensed which mad me stressed and yes did lose weight but then after few months, found a bald patch at my head which I guess the outcome. Hair grew back but I have it again as I think I have been really tensed and stressed the past few months..

My niece was so tensed about her relationship with her husband that her weight dropped down so much that her hair started to fall off. She really dont like to eat and she felt tensed all the time. But soon she realized that she should get too affected with the relations's storm or else her sense of balance will trip over.
