How could i drive some traffic to my site?

I would like to know wich are the most efficient systems to drive traffic to my site. I tried some autosurfers, but seems they don't give unique visits. So you spend 1000 credits and get 30 unique visits! Any idea?

I use hittactics as I can set the geo targets for my site. I think they have an option to limit unique IP for a span of 24 hours.
