Kid Killed tricker treating?

Did you hear about this? I think it is seriously a sad situation that a 12year old tricker treating could be killed by a convicted felon who shot thirty rounds for fear of being robbed?

I had read this in a local newspaper and I am in Canada. I think that this is just horrid. How in the world can people do this?

It makes you wonder what the guy was on.They said nothing but I dont know.
