bux.to a scam?

Are there any members of bux.to who have actually been paid here? I have joined as a member but the more I think about it the more that it seems a scam and unable to pay. The payout is 60 working days. Wow that is a long time. If you are being scammed it will take you about 5 months of working before you find that it is a scam. It seems to me that the way that it works is that they make the payout take so long so that they can try and move money round and pay some people. But at some point they will have such debts they will be unable to pay anyone
