3000 children being sponsored in 3 months

I've received a letter from World Vision (a charity organization) yesterday. They are having this activity now, they hope to find sponsors for 3000 children in 3 month time. I just wish to spread this news and hope if the people who are willing and capable to help know about this information. It's only $30 amonth, and you can help providing food, clean water, education and medicine for a child in need. You may visit this website for more information: http://www.worldvision.org

$30 a month??? hey I have been supporting world vision for a year now. I actually support 3 kids. They only charge 500 php per month which is like $12 or so. Before I left Pinas...I even sent those kids some stuff for school.

Oh wait...I think they charge me 450 php in my account and that's per child. My husband and I signed up to sponsor a child when we were at Festival Mall. We told them we're not gonna stay in Pinas long but they told me we could still send our payment online.

I guess it depends on your country. I actually sponsor RM50 (Malaysia Dollars) per month, which is about USD$15. But when I checked out the US website, it says $30 per month. It's so kind of you to sponsor the children.

$12 or so a month per kid isn't much really. We started with one child then we sponsored 2 more. What's good in this organization is those kids write you often and they send you copy of their class cards. What's funny about it????

It is very noble to you to try and spread this message around. All good work has to be appreciated and helped as much as we can. I hope many more people will answer your call for help. Keep it up.
