Some of us may have gone through the worst times of our lives. I guess it happens to the best of us. After I lost my job to some corrupt boss, I was forced to go online thinking I could make a living earning some money online while doing freelance work in my city. The darnest thing happens when, most of my clients are on a lockjaw to decide on the GO for their projects, that leaves me hanging, my debts are closing in, other online stuff are dragging in the earning bit and I'm left with jaw dropping realization that I'm broke for the moment. With all the debt waiting like death's scythe ready to cut off my head, I'm groping in the dark to make all the ends meet. I've been into some situation like this before several times in the past. And somehow, something always turns up in the nick of time. I can't bet my life on another miracle to happen, it doesn't work that way. What if this time I'm left to solve this on my own? How would you deal with this situation? The craziest suggestions are welcome. No matter how stupid or crazy it is, who knows it just might work? While we're at it we might as well have fun in this discussion and learn from it. Now crank up whatever you can think of because this won't just help me, it will give some hope to some of our friends here who are maybe in the same boat as I am. Cheers!!!

I cannot say that I am living in luxury so I have to take care of my money. However if I was in a tight situation and I can say that I am almost there, I would cut out all the luxuries and things that I can do without. Then try to maximise my money. Trying to spend it wisely and try to save some part of it.

Wise advice my friend. I have cut down on some expenses, and that's as far as I can go since I don't have any actual luxuries. Out here it's all work. Only the rich play, even if I found another job, having all the experiences I've had, there isn't a job really secure out here. Dirt cheap low pay is not a security and just like any other company you're always fearful that they can just fire you for some stupid reason because they own the place. With the economy down on the west a lot of countries are affected in some way, and that doesn't quite help our people's situation. There are others more deep in the pit than I am, I know that. But since I have other obligations to family and the house, a quick fix isn't gonna hold up long enough. Maybe I'm too stressed out for now. It's just one of those days I guess, and I bite my lip for 5 days hoping something will turn up. Lol. cheers!!!
