Have you worked in Call Centre ?

Many of my friends work in Call centre and some of them are really happy but others are not.., as they say it is real difficult to reach the targets and management is not happy even if you work good.
Have you worked in Call centre ? what are your experiences please share with us.

i havent worked in a call center yet, but ive got many friends who experienced to work in a call center, they said that its nice to work in a call center, for they meet many people, and they can share their experiences each day with their friends, for they have all the same experiences with their clients, but they dont like the schedules, for they have to shift schedules, and where they need to work in night, it also depends in a call center where youre working, some doesnt need a quota, but almost all of call centers have quotas, thats the most difficult part.
